SHIPPING

The U.S.A. Nationwide and coast to coast (sorry not Hawaii, Alaska, or International delivery yet). The shipping fee varies depending on your order and goes to our shipping providers (FedEx/UPS) for 2-Day Express Air or faster shipping which allows for your package to arrive on or near the delivery date you selected for maximum freshness. The shipping fee is added at the end of the checkout process and can be previewed before submitting an order. 

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, A.P.O./F.P.O., or military address as typically only the United Postal Service is allowed to get to these specialty addresses. FedEx is our shipping partner which allows us to offer on-date delivery. Sometimes they can deliver to specific addresses for military bases but that address is offsite, so please double-check with the site for that information if required.

Orders are set to arrive on time and are typically shipped 1-3 days prior to the date you selected. You will receive a tracking email when the item has shipped out or sometimes a few days earlier for advance notice. 

You will receive a confirmation email right after we place the order. Please read thoroughly and make sure the information entered is correct. Make sure to check the order confirmation email immediately and inform us should there be any address correction, as it must be done immediately. If the gift is not yet processed, we can update the shipping address. Once the order has shipped Party 'nBox is not responsible for and cannot refund your order due to misinformation submitted. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team so we can assist you.

We do not offer same-day delivery. Overnight orders can be done provided they are placed before 2:00 PM (PST) at least a day before the event. The time of delivery is not guaranteed.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number. You may contact the shipping provider directly. Party 'nBox is not responsible if order is not received or stolen. You can e-mail Party 'nBox at info@partynbox.com with any additional questions.

Nope! We never include receipts or any type of billing information inside the box as they are all sent as gifts. In fact, the recipient will never even know who sent the gift unless you sign your name on the message card.

Gift Messages

Gift boxes look like they do on the site. If the receipient chooses to send back an unboxing video we will share it with you. All items in the gift box are carefully packaged for a beautiful presentation of your gift. At our discretion, we may wrap fragile items in bubble wrap to protect them from breaking.

- Every gift you send includes a greeting card with your personal message.

In order to fulfill your orderIn order-processing and fulfillment representatives may view your written message as they print and pack your gift. Occasionally our order processing representatives may notice a typo in your gift message and contact you to see if you’d like us to correct it; however, we do not guarantee that we will always find or have the ability to correct such errors.

Your video gift messages will generally not be accessed at all by Party 'nBox employees, however, by uploading a video message you acknowledge that these recordings might be accessed by Party 'nBox in connection with providing the Party 'nBox Service.

When you add a written message or upload a video to your order, the message is stored with your order in the Knack Service. You will be able to see any gift messages you’ve included in previous orders by going to your Account. Your Account is protected by the user name and password you’ve selected.

Written gift messages will remain in the permanent record of your gift and be accessible for at least 18 months from the date of order. Video messages will be saved for at least 90 days from the date of order, after which Knack reserves the right to delete them from our servers.

*ALLERGY INFORMATION:Unless otherwise noted, products contain milk, wheat, soy and egg, and were produced on equipment that processes peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, and walnuts. Our facility is not Gluten Free.Please refer to ourNutritional & Allergen Informationpage for additional details.

Please note that modifications can only be made before the order is processed. If the order has not been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request but orders must be placed correctly to avoid any issues. Once an order is processed and a shipping label is created, we are no longer able to accommodate modifications.

If an item is not in stock, pulled out, or does not show on the website, it is not available. You are welcome to add your stuff to the box by sending it to yourself first so you can open the box without triggering the explosion by securing the sides of the box with a rubber band or ribbon. Just be careful not to overdo it.

Because of the nature of this gifting service, Party 'nBox Gifts are non-returnable. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so please contact us if you have a problem. We will do our absolute best to ensure you are happy.
